Darbi Beck
Darbi Jill Beck nee Pruett was born on January 5th, 1966 in Dallas, TX at Baylor Hospital to Hugh & Sandi Pruett of Dallas, TX. Misti Dawn Pruett, her sister, was 6 when Darbi was born. Three years later, in 1969, they adopted Barnes Pruett her little brother.
Darbi was introduced to the REDdimension Wiki Circle in 2004 when she moved her family to Tallahassee, Florida as the next door neighbor of Jon, Ro and Dana Reddick on Lucky Debonair Trail.
Childhood
Darbi lived in Farmers Branch, a suburb of Dallas, until second grade. She started third grade in Krum, TX where the family farm that they visited on the weekends and summers was located. Life in the small town of Krum was quite different than the big city. In Krum, the only thing to do was play basketball, feed cattle, swim in the ponds and rivers, and ride horses.
Darbi joined right in playing basketball and cheerleading, and tending to the farm during the weekends and summers. She was so proud to show a pig in the spring 4H and FFA show where she won second place. She paraded around the show and fair like she had won the lottery, only to find in the end that there were only two pigs in her show division to begin with.
Education
After graduation from Krum High School, she went to college in Lubbock ,TX at Texas Tech University for 2 years, then to Cooke County College (now North Central Texas College) for one year. She then went to Denton, TX where she attended Texas Women's University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in 1989.

Family
Darbi married Greg Beck in 1997. Greg was a long time friend of the family and played football with Darbi's brother Barnes at Denton High School. That is how they met, but they didn't get together until 10 years later. Darbi and Greg have two children, Payton and Amy.
