Concord Road
Concord Road was the street where Jon, Ro & Dana Reddick lived from June 1997 through June 1998. It was a rental home with some very strange conditions.

Physically a very large house (1800+ square feet) on a huge 2 acre lot, it included an enclosed garage and basement/workshop (very rare for Florida due to a high water table & sandy soil), both of which were padlocked preventing renters access to those areas.
The home had a unique centrally-located two-sided fireplace which could not be used due to structural cracks in the chimney and a fuel oil furnace and electric central air conditioning, but both units were under-powered (a piece of paper held in front of the baseboard vent would not move) and the house lacked sufficient insulation or weather stripping. As a result, 110 degree summer days could only be tempered to about 98 degrees and 30 degree winter nights could only be warmed to about 50 degrees.

Move-In
Prior to moving to Donovan Drive, the Jon & Ro lived in a townhouse on Hidden Place in Tallahassee.
Move-Out
The Reddicks left the house on Concord Road shortly after the birth of their daughter, Dana. They moved into a townhouse on Donovan Drive.
