Origin

(need the origin of this nickname) The name Blackjack was somehow not working as a poker name especially since I seemed to never be able to win with it.But it seemed that if I waited til the last card something good(sometimes bad would happen).And a character from the series Firefly was named River and she could kick butt.So "The river" seemed like a good poker name.After I changed it my luck changed also.
