Skip You is the poker nickname for Scott Cowie.
Origin
Scott earned the "Skip You" nickname for his propensity to call, bet, fold, or otherwise act out of order during Texas Hold 'Em.
Over the years he has gotten better about acting out of order, but as with most nicknames, they tend to stick and long outlast the story or behavior that earned it in the first place.
