| − | Darbi Jill Beck was born on January 5th, 1966 in Dallas Texas at Baylor Hospital to Hugh & Sandi Pruett of Dallas, tx. Misti Dawn Pruett her sister was 6 when Darbi was born and 3 years later in 1969 they adopted had Barnes Pruett her little brother.

| − | Darbi lived in Farmers Branch, (a suburb of Dallas, TX) until second grade then started third grade in Krum, TX where the family farm that they visited on the weekends and summers was. Life in the small town of Krum was quite different than the big city. In Krum, the only thing to do was play basketball and feed cattle, swim in the ponds & rivers. Plus, ride horses. Darbi joined right in playing basketball and cheerleading. Mostly farm life on the weekends and summers. She was so proud to show a pig in the spring 4-h and ffa show where she won 2nd place. She paraded around the show and fair like she had won the lottery to find in the end that there were only 2 pigs in the division that she showed in. after graduation from Krum, she went to college in Lubbock ,tx and Texas Tech university for 2 years , then to cooke county college for one year. then back to Denton, Texas where she attended Dental Hygiene school and gradutaed with her Bachelor of Science degree in 1989.

| − | Married Greg Beck in 1997- Greg was a long time friend of the family and played football with Darbi's brother Barnes at Denton High School. That is how they met, but they didn't get together until 10 years later.
