Woot.com

Woot.com is an online store and community that focuses on selling cool stuff cheap.

That's not anything truly revolutionary in and of itself, but what makes Woot unique (or made it unique before several other online stores started to copy the model) is how the site offers one item per day, starting at 1am EST, and when that item sells out, they're done for the day (unless there is a Woot-Off in progress).
