Concord Road was the street where Jon, Ro & Dana Reddick lived from June 1997 through June 1998. It was a rental home with some very strange conditions.

Physically a very large house (1800+ square feet) on a huge 2 acre lot, it included an enclosed garage and basement/workshop (very rare for Florida due to a high water table & sandy soil), both of which were padlocked preventing renters access to those areas.
