Meaning

The line itself has no real meaning whatsoever. It is a misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the lyrics to the Rock the Casbah, a 1982 pop song by The Clash.

Backstory

Jack, Davis & Wilson are the sons of Mike McCall and Mallory McCall. One afternoon in 2006, the McCalls heard their three sons running, playing and shouting, "Block the Jackpot! Block the jackpot!" at one another.

Puzzled, they stopped the boys and asked what this meant. They replied that it was like the song they had heard on the radio in the car earlier in the day. It was later discovered that they were referring to Rock the Casbah by The Clash.
