Downtime is the ship's lounge aboard the USS Khai Tam. Open to all crew members, officers, and civilians, the lounge is the social center of the ship while underway. Downtime's most popular bartender was the infamous Chuck "Shotglass" Basham, a man with little regard for anyone or anything except mixing the perfect drink.
