In the Star Trek:The Next Generation episode "Cause and Effect", the Enterprise crew goes through a repeating series of events throughout the episode. Shortly after the episode aired, some Khai Tam crewmember made a reference to having done some action before. [[Jon Reddick]] referred to this being like a Temporal Causality Loop, to which [[Kevin McNulty]] replied "You mean where things keep happening over and over again?" They repeated the sequence a couple of times, until everyone in the meeting was laughing.
